Quality Equipment for Demanding Jobs
The inventory leans toward late-model machines from the brands contractors already run. On the day we reviewed the site, the sixty listings included Caterpillar, Komatsu, John Deere, Kubota, Bobcat, JCB, JLG, New Holland and Case IH equipment, and most machines were built in 2016 or later.
Every listing carries a specification table covering the engine, transmission, operator station and work tools, plus a photo gallery that runs to a dozen or more images on the larger machines. A 2020 Caterpillar D6 LGP dozer, for example, is listed with a 9.3-liter engine, a six-way blade, 36-inch tracks and an enclosed, air-conditioned cab. The dealer states that every unit goes through a mechanical review and a title and service history check before it is listed, and that it describes each machine as it is, including wear. Those are the dealer's own commitments, and they give buyers a clear basis for the questions to ask.
A Wide Selection of Heavy Machinery
Seven categories were in stock. Skid steers led with eleven units, all compact track loaders from Kubota, Caterpillar and Bobcat. Seven dozers were nearly all Caterpillar D6 variants, five of them LGP models built for soft Florida ground, joined by a Komatsu D65PX-18. Six compact excavators from Kubota, John Deere and Caterpillar included a 2020 John Deere 35G with 146 hours and a hydraulic thumb.
Five wheel loaders spanned the Caterpillar 938M, 950M and 966M and a 2023 Komatsu WA380-8. Five telehandlers from JCB, JLG and SkyTrak topped out with a 2023 JCB 542-70AG rated for 9,000 pounds, and six New Holland and Case IH tractors rounded out the machines. A separate parts and attachments section listed twenty items, from buckets and forks to a LaBounty shear and a Caterpillar hydraulic hammer. Asking prices ran from under $20,000 for a compact track loader or utility tractor to $175,560 for a 2020 Caterpillar 950M with 1,058 hours.
Convenient Purchasing and Delivery
Buying starts on the listing page. Each one carries a purchase request form asking for a name, phone number, email, best time to call and payment method, with cash, wire transfer and financing as the options. The dealer notes that sending a request is not a binding commitment and that a representative follows up to confirm price and availability. Its price promise is published in plain words: “The price you see is the price we quote. No surprise fees added at the end.”
On logistics, the site says its Florida office helps with “paperwork, financing options, and delivery,” and that it stays in touch after the sale for questions on paperwork, parts or delivery. Delivery terms are arranged per machine rather than published as a schedule, so buyers should ask for a transport quote with their request. The yard at 1509 S. Byron Butler Parkway in Perry is open to visitors weekdays from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday mornings until noon.
